For a useful reply
An enquiry that states the organisation behind it, the scope envisaged, the decision deadline and the applicable security constraints receives a substantive reply. Without those elements, the reply can only be an acknowledgement.

This channel is neither end-to-end encrypted nor cleared to receive classified, confidential or operational information. An enquiry requiring a protected exchange is handled through a channel established separately, once the parties have been identified.
