Division
- Software and systemsSoftware is only worth what your teams can take over.
- Networks and communicationsA link is judged on the day it fails, not on the day it is accepted.
- Physical and cyber securitySecurity is measured by the decision it triggers, not by the equipment installed.
- Secure buildingsA secure building is decided during design, not at handover.
- Power and backup supplyPower is not a side package. It is the condition of everything else.
Sector
- Government and public administrationA public service is validated on the worst-connected position, never on the one at head office.
- Diplomacy and international organisationsThe same data may fall under several regimes depending on where it is processed.
- Defence and securityA system is judged when the link fails, not under nominal conditions.
- Mining and industryOn an isolated site, the public grid is an assumption, not a given.
- TelecommunicationsOn a legacy network, the field survey costs three months and saves twelve.
- Banking and essential servicesA flag that cannot be explained cannot be contested, and therefore cannot be used.
- Transport and logisticsA coordination system is judged on the day one link is missing.
- Government and public administrationContinuity of registries and equality of access

Expertise
- Professional video surveillanceA camera is worth nothing until someone has decided what its footage is for.
- Access controlAccess control decays through its rights table, never through its readers.
- Enterprise cybersecurityAn organisation’s security is measured by what it can restore, not by what it has bought.
- Business IP telephonyA telephony migration is judged on the first inbound call that fails to connect.
- Enterprise networkA network is designed around its degraded modes, not its headline bandwidth.
- Optical fibreThe cost of an optical link is decided in the trench, not in the fibre.
- Industrial generator setsA generator set is sized from a load study, never from the contracted supply.
- UPS and backup powerAutonomy quoted at full load and autonomy measured on site are two different numbers.
- Server room and data centreA server room is sized in kilowatts per rack, not in square metres.
- Custom software developmentSoftware is only worth what your teams can take over.
- Citizen portal and e-governmentAn online form bolted onto a chain that stayed manual moves the wait, it does not remove it.
- Monitoring and managed servicesMonitoring is judged on alerts handled, not on alerts produced.
- Secure building constructionA building’s security is decided on the drawings, not at handover.
- Screening and metal detectionA walk-through detector with no procedure and no trained officer filters nothing, whatever its setting.
Solution
- Digital governmentTaking an administrative procedure online end to end, from submission to notification, without leaving the processing behind.
- Secure sitesProtecting a site by treating the fabric, access, detection, supervision and the power that holds them as one.
- Critical infrastructureBuilding and operating the base everything else rests on: technical room, power, links, and the continuity that ties them together.
- Connected enterpriseLinking sites, workstations and voice under one configuration, operable remotely and documented.
- Business softwareSupporting the process that sets you apart, integrating it with what exists, and leaving it maintainable by your teams.
- Backup powerHolding a site when the grid fails: load study, uninterruptible supply, generator set, and the tests that prove it.
- Monitoring and maintenanceKeeping what was delivered in service: useful monitoring, committed response times, traced access, and the ability to take control back.
Trust
- SecuritySecurity is built into the system lifecycle, from design to decommissioning.
- Data and sovereigntyData entrusted to us remains the property of the client organisation.
- ContinuityContinuity is proven by a restoration exercise, not by a document.
- ComplianceNo certification is displayed until it is obtained and verifiable.
- ReversibilityThe exit plan is settled before commissioning, not at the point of departure.
- TransparencyWhat is public, what is shared, what never leaves.
Group
- Organisation and brandsThe group’s structure, its business lines, and the boundary with third-party entities.
- Leadership and governanceThe responsibilities that commit the group, and the person or function that holds them.
- Partners and technologiesThe technologies we operate, and the policy applied to our partners’ brands.
- CareersWhat we look for, how we recruit, and why we do not publish detailed vacancies.
Project
- Mining site — server room and backup powerConstruction of a secure technical room and its power chain, on an isolated site with no reliable public grid.
- Regional operator — core network modernisationReplacement of the core network and backup power at fourteen points of presence, with no commercial service outage.
- European diplomatic mission — multi-system securityComplete overhaul of access control, video surveillance and backup power for a chancery in service.
- Industrial group — security supervision centreA single control room for six sites whose security systems did not talk to each other.
- Branch network — interconnection and enterprise telephonyTwenty-two branches linked to head office, with unified telephony, backup paths and common supervision.
- Public administration — case-handling platformDigitisation of a public-facing service, designed to remain usable on unstable connections and outside the capital.
Insight
- The load test almost nobody runsA generator started off-load every month proves that it starts. It does not prove that it will carry the site's load, nor that the transfer will happen without anything stopping.
- Access control is worth what the review of its rights is worthBadges are issued in minutes and withdrawn rarely. After three years the list of authorised people no longer describes the organisation it is meant to protect.
- Interoperability is not obtained by writing it into the specificationTwo systems exchange only if someone holds the mandate to settle the format, the cadence and the responsibility for the data. That mandate is assigned before development starts.
- Migrating the data costs more than the software that will receive itThe most underestimated line in an application replacement project is not development. It is the real condition of the existing data, which nobody measured before committing.
- What a 99.9% availability commitment does not sayThe figure is comparable from one offer to the next. What it covers is not: the measurement window, the excluded scope and the remedy alone determine its real reach.
- A backup link sharing the same duct backs up nothingThe redundancy of an access circuit is judged on the physical route of the cable and on the identity of the carrier, not on the number of contracts signed.
- Write the exit plan before the first deliveryReversibility is not negotiated at the point of departure. It is settled during framing, while the balance of power is still even and the clause costs nothing.
- The number of cameras measures nothingA video surveillance installation is judged on the chain that runs from detection to decision. The number of viewpoints is only one parameter, and rarely the binding one.
- Five requirements a procurement team should place on an integratorMost tenders check technical capability and financial standing. They almost always omit the five points that determine what the contract actually costs.
- Sizing backup power without being wrong by a factor of twoA measured load balance costs four weeks. Estimated from nameplates, it almost always leads to oversizing — and oversizing is paid for twice.
