Compliance
A programme under way is not a certification, and an internal roadmap is not an achievement. This page states what exists, what does not yet exist, and what a procurement team can obtain today.
Certifications
No certification is presented on this site until it has been obtained and verified. No badge or logo is used decoratively: any future mention will point to a verifiable attestation and its exact scope.
Integrity
We decline engagements whose purpose conflicts with fundamental rights. The anti-corruption arrangements, conflict-of-interest rules and internal reporting procedure are formalised and shared at pre-qualification.
Responsible use of technology
Every arrangement serves a legitimate purpose, documented and proportionate to the need. Decisions with a significant effect on a person remain under human control. Limits, responsibilities and conditions of use are explicit in the documentation delivered.
Shared at pre-qualification
This material is provided to an identified organisation once the request has been qualified.
- Complete internal policies and current attestations.
- Anti-corruption commitment and code of conduct.
- Insurance cover and tax certificates.
The other areas
- SecuritySecurity is built into the system lifecycle, from design to decommissioning.
- Data and sovereigntyData entrusted to us remains the property of the client organisation.
- ContinuityContinuity is proven by a restoration exercise, not by a document.
- ReversibilityThe exit plan is settled before commissioning, not at the point of departure.
- TransparencyWhat is public, what is shared, what never leaves.
