Data and sovereignty
The question is not who hosts, but who decides. Ownership of the data, where it is processed and who holds the encryption keys are settled in writing before commissioning, not at the first incident.
Ownership and use
Data entrusted to us during an engagement remains the property of the client organisation. No derived use is made of it: no model training, no commercial statistics, no transfer to a third party.
We apply minimisation, separation by purpose, and a defined retention period for each processing activity.
Deployment modes
Three modes are offered. They differ on three questions handled separately: where access sits, where processing happens, where the data resides.
- National: access, processing and data remain within the territory, on infrastructure designated by the client.
- Hybrid: sensitive data stays on site while non-sensitive components may be shared.
- Isolated: the system operates with no outbound link, under a controlled update procedure.
Encryption keys
Key custody is settled during framing and written into the contract. Where the client holds its keys, operation is designed to remain possible without our being able to access the content.
Shared at pre-qualification
This material is provided to an identified organisation once the request has been qualified.
