The Group

Organisation and brands

This page states who contracts, who executes and who answers. It exists as much to inform a buyer as to prevent a reference being attributed to the wrong entity.

Branded business lines

Konvoice
Enterprise telephony, site interconnection, link supervision.
Business line of the Connectivity division.
Konect Power Systems
Sizing, supply, installation and maintenance of backup power sources.
Business line of the Energy division.

One contracting entity

Konect SARL is the legal entity that contracts, invoices and answers for the commitments made. The group’s five divisions are units of that same entity, not separate companies: the buyer deals with a single contractor, whatever the number of packages.

Where a package is executed by a specialist partner, overall delivery, the interfaces and acceptance remain with Konect. The partner is declared to the client before execution.

Boundary with third-party entities

Certain software engagements delivered by partner structures or by legally separate entities are not references of Konect SARL, and are not presented as such.

The rule is enforced by the site’s code: every project record declares its contracting entity, and a record held by another entity cannot be published without an explicit attribution note. A buyer who checks a reference finds the entity that actually contracted.

Governance of commitments

Every contract has a named project manager, a technical contact and a contractual contact. The three roles are distinct, and any substitution is notified to the client.

Acceptance is pronounced by phase, against criteria defined before that phase begins.
