Wherever the client organisation decides. The place of execution and the place of residence of the data are settled during framing, before any design work, and are written into the contract. Deployment in an environment isolated from the public network is one of the modes we offer.
The client organisation, wherever the deployment mode allows it, which is the case for all three modes we offer. We keep no copy.
The reversibility plan is written before go-live: export formats, architecture documentation, ownership of the code, handover deadline and support to the incoming supplier. It is not negotiated at the point of separation.
No certification appears on this site until it has been obtained and can be verified. The supporting evidence we hold is provided during pre-qualification, to a named individual.
Operational presence
The Bamako operational headquarters leads delivery. Our private hosting infrastructure is operated in our Montréal data centres.
