Five stages, in this order.

The sequence is not a presentation device. An organisation that tries to decide before it has understood, or to transform before it has secured, produces a system nobody can run.

Control and continuity

Three questions settled before design begins.

Where the system runs, where the data resides, who holds the keys. These answers belong to the client organisation, and they govern the architecture rather than follow from it.

    No link to the public network. Exchanges pass through a controlled transfer.

Control safeguards

What we commit to before we begin.

Ownership of data
Data produced in the course of an engagement remains the property of the client organisation, with no exception and no derived use.
Place of deployment
The organisation chooses where its systems run and where its data resides, including in environments isolated from the public network.
Open standards
Interfaces and formats are documented and published, so that another supplier can take the work over.
Reversibility
The exit plan is defined before go-live, not at the point where the relationship breaks down.
Transfer of skills
The engagement ends when the organisation’s own teams run the system without outside assistance.

Where does the data you process reside?

Wherever the client organisation decides. The place of execution and the place of residence of the data are settled during framing, before any design work, and are written into the contract. Deployment in an environment isolated from the public network is one of the modes we offer.

Who holds the encryption keys?

The client organisation, wherever the deployment mode allows it, which is the case for all three modes we offer. We keep no copy.

What happens if we change supplier?

The reversibility plan is written before go-live: export formats, architecture documentation, ownership of the code, handover deadline and support to the incoming supplier. It is not negotiated at the point of separation.

Do you hold certifications?

No certification appears on this site until it has been obtained and can be verified. The supporting evidence we hold is provided during pre-qualification, to a named individual.
