Procedure
How a request is handled.
- 01The request states the organisation, the country, the requester’s role, the purpose and, where applicable, the consultation reference and its deadline.
- 02The work email address is verified. Disposable addresses are rejected; government and institutional addresses are handled as a priority.
- 03The request is approved manually. The documents matching the applicable level of authorisation are sent to an identified person.
- 04Documents served at pre-qualification carry a named watermark and a restricted-distribution notice. Every transfer is logged.

Why this filter
The filter protects our clients, not our communications.
A security statement describes arrangements deployed at organisations for which public exposure is a risk. A reference list names clients, some of whom have not authorised publication. Such documents are shared with an identified organisation, within a traceable process. The procedure is not a commercial barrier: it is the same one we will apply to your file.
